This is Nicole. She’s serving up an omlette for me.
Nicole has this uncanny ability to remember your order to perfection after you’ve given it to her once, no matter how long ago. Nicole made my omlette this morning for the first time in months, and didn’t even need to ask before she put the egg whites, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and cheese into the little pan.
She’s a wonderful woman.
